Charges apply only for posting a property listing
BRICTOWN does not charge buyers, tenants, or viewers.
3. Listing Responsibility
By posting a listing on BRICTOWN, you confirm that:
You are the owner, authorised agent, or builder
All information provided is true and accurate
You have the right to advertise the property
Images and videos shared belong to you or are authorised for use
BRICTOWN is not responsible for incorrect, misleading, or false information provided by listers.
4. Listing Plans & Payments
BRICTOWN currently offers listing plans such as Requirement, Standard, and Premium, with different features.
All payments are one-time for each listing
There are no recurring charges
Prices may vary by city
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway
Once payment is completed, the listing will be processed for publishing.
5. Listing Approval & Removal
We reserve the right to:
Review listings for basic clarity and appropriateness
Reject or remove listings that:
Contain false information
Are illegal, offensive, or misleading
Violate local laws or platform guidelines
We are not obligated to publish every submission.
6. Listing Duration
Listings remain active for the duration mentioned at the time of posting, unless:
The lister requests removal
The listing violates our policies
The property is reported as sold/rented
7. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
All payments made on BRICTOWN are final and non-refundable.
Once a listing payment is successfully completed:
The amount cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred
This applies even if:
The property is sold, rented early or your requirement is fulfilled
The user changes their mind
Incorrect details were entered by the lister
The listing receives fewer enquiries than expected
Users are advised to review all property details carefully before making payment.
In case of technical failure where payment is deducted but the listing is not created, the issue will be reviewed and resolved at BRICTOWN’s discretion.
8. Contact Details & Privacy
Contact details shared by listers are publicly visible
BRICTOWN is not responsible for calls, messages, or enquiries received
Users are advised to exercise discretion while communicating
We do not sell or misuse user contact data.

9. No Guarantee of Results
BRICTOWN does not guarantee:
Sale or rental of property
Number of enquiries
Quality of enquiries
Speed of transactions
We provide visibility, not outcomes.
10. Third-Party Communication

Financial losses
Fraud or misrepresentation
Disputes between parties
